I'm back!Was already back 2 days ago..just to lazy to update..

View From my Hotel Room. We stayed At Hotel Inter-continental Manila. Its at Makati area.. which is actually the uptown area.. you know, like.. Orchard Road and stuffs like that...
haha. Good life huh.. 5star Hotel..haha.. 5star service.hehe. there are like 3 shopping malls in front of my hotel. easy access. The best way to spend my money away. pfft.
Hah. First thing we did after checking in.
Traffic in Manila. Horrible i tell u. If you think SG drivers are lousy, their drivers are notorious! They switch lanes like no-one's business and everybody dash across the road. Chaotic. Ironically. i have never seen an accident during my trips in Manila. Cross my fingers.
Part of their public transport.. No matter how uptown my area may be.. u will still see these
.Me fooling around in the taxi while he chit chat with the driver. My taxi driver is very friendly. Offered to let us sightsee and all that. The fare was PHP200 only. Which is S$6.00. and the distance is like from jurong to orchard. and he had to endure the traffic.. waaaah... On the other hand, i think he would have charged more if he had known from the start that we are not local.
haha. lucky things is, me and BF looks filipino. haha. so we didn't get overcharged most of the time. BUT people keep talking in tagalog to us. and give us one kind of look when we talk to them in english. Like we have a choice. hah.
Went to Auntie Anne's to eat. Pretzel, iced coffee and Caramel Dipping. Enough to make me shut my mouth up.

We also went to this Banana Leaf restaurant. DELICIOUS. they sell Indian Food and Malay food. Imagine eating Sambal Kangkong with Belacan there!! i dunno where they get the belacan from!! haha.. we ate Garoupa with Malaysian sour cream. Cockles. Kangkong. Satay. Deep fried Baby Squids. Popiah. Penang Kway Teow. Spicy Fried Rice.
No. i didn't eat it all in one day. We ate there for two days straight. haha. Thats how nice it is. Not cheap though. It's ok. can claim from co. haha. Oh.. anyway.. the waitress wore Kebaya.. somehow identical to those that our Singapore Airlines gals wore. and the waiter wore black shirts and pants and Kain pelikat,..haha.. imagine that!

Meeting the girls today for our pre-KL gathering. hehe. gonna have so much fun.
oh..im going KL on 11th may to 14th May.
best kan.. May is my out-of-town month..hahha.. my colleagues are sooooo jealous.. hehehe...
